These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services, products, and memberships you purchase from SMW Refrigeration & Heating, a licensed Arizona contractor (licenses ROC172364 and ROC337415) located at 1615 W. University Dr. #135, Tempe, AZ 85281. By booking service, placing an order, or using this site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

We serve residential and commercial customers throughout Maricopa County, including Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale, Chandler, Gilbert, and surrounding cities. Service outside our area may be declined.

• Appointments are scheduled in arrival windows (typically 8am–11am, 11am–2pm, 2pm–5pm, or 5pm–8pm). The window is an estimate of arrival, not a fixed time, and can shift due to emergencies, weather, or traffic.
• A request submitted online is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until our office confirms it by phone, email, or text.
• Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can offer the slot to another customer. Repeated missed appointments may require a deposit before we schedule again.
• Someone 18 or older must be present at the property for the duration of the visit, and we need safe access to the equipment.

Service calls include a diagnostic fee, which is disclosed before the visit and applied toward the repair when you approve the recommended work. We provide an estimate before performing repairs or installation, and we do not proceed beyond the diagnosis without your approval. If additional problems are discovered once work begins, we will stop and present a revised estimate for approval.

Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and assume normal access, existing electrical and duct conditions being usable, and no permits or corrections beyond those listed.

Payment is due on completion unless you have arranged approved financing or are on a membership plan with different terms. Prices exclude applicable taxes and permit fees unless stated. Balances left unpaid may accrue interest and collection costs allowed by Arizona law.

• Prices shown online may change and are confirmed at checkout. Member pricing requires an active membership at the time of purchase.
• Submitting an order authorizes us to charge the payment method for the total shown, including tax.
• Site inspections and diagnostic bookings purchased online are scheduled by our office after purchase; if we cannot serve your address, we refund the purchase in full.
• Physical items may be returned unused and in original packaging within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price. Installed equipment, labor, and completed services are not returnable, but are covered by the applicable warranty and guarantee.
• Memberships renew on the stated schedule and may be cancelled at any time; cancelling stops future billing and ends member benefits.

Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. Our workmanship and our published guarantees are subject to the guarantee terms and conditions shown with those guarantees on our website, including the owner-responsibility and annual-maintenance requirements. Guarantees apply to the original owner of the installed equipment and require the equipment to be operated and maintained as specified.

Content on this site, including text, photographs of our work, and graphics, belongs to SMW Refrigeration & Heating and may not be copied or reused without permission. Information on the site — including pricing ranges, rebates, and troubleshooting guidance — is provided for general information and is not a substitute for an on-site diagnosis by a licensed technician.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the services or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under Arizona law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the current version.
